Description:  This impressive finial depicts a crouching monkey-like ancestor figure with vast negative space clutching onto a stylized fruit Bat!  It is incredible to see in person and is very high quality.  The dynamic scene likely illustrates part of a creation myth.  In good condition, presented on a custom metal display stand.
