Description:  This lovely oil lamp depicts the Hindu Goddess Sri Lakshmi or Sita.  She has a beautiful detailed face and is finely cast.  Its surface has a soft semi-encrusted verdigris patina from centuries of use.  In great condition with traces of red pigment on the hair.
